SpazioSanpa - Portello: the taste of Romagna of San Patrignano in Milan
SpazioSanpa is a project by AFA Arredamenti, a format that gives milanese customers the opportunity to taste the typical recipes of Romagna, but also with the purpose of reintegrating people of the community that aer at the end of their path into the work environment.
The menu presents a wide variety of proposals. A tasting journey deriving from life paths.
Cured meats, cheeses, sweet and savory bakery products.
Every morning cow's milk is milked, collected, and transported to the dairy to be transformed.
Bakery products match the tradition with innovation, in fact they produce unique long leavening products, without preservatives.
In the butchery area original and personalized spicing recipes are passed on.
Piadine and plates of cured meats, combined with different wines, are prepared by using San Patrignano ingredients.
As habit, all incomes are used to cover the costs of the San Patrignano community, which works free of charge.
