a beautiful open kitchen like grandma`s, with the most unlikely colors
The Fresca Pasta project was born from the idea of breaking away from the classic design scheme that wants to tell a story through the product.
Telling a story of fresh pasta, of Italianness, of all the love that only a grandmother can give you could have been an easy thing but the Architect Simone Colombo SCA (Simonecolomboarchitetto.com) wanted to take a new direction and AFA Arredamenti made it happen.
The goal was to create a space where color was a unique element of the project.
A selection of the most unlikely colors that only tablecloths, tea towels, and grandmothers' pot holders can have.
Once the colors were chosen, the need was to position them within the environment. It was decided to break the patterns again and make the color explode on all the vertical and horizontal surfaces according to apparently random patterns.
To complete the whole thing, there is clearly a beautiful open kitchen. because we all remember grandma's cooking... ah, if only we could go into the kitchen and steal some hot sauce directly from the pan with a piece of bread, how nice would that be ?
