The chain of franchised POKE` clubs
Waikiki, Hawaii's most loved beach is a source of inspiration for a new food venue: exotic atmosphere and fresh, healthy dishes. The dishes are prepared by the operator directly on sight and at the request of the customer; the preparation area has been studied down to the smallest detail with hot sectors for cooking rice and cold sectors for maintaining it, in compliance with the wholesomeness of the food.
The fulcrum of the place is obviously the bar counter, made to measure and fully equipped with cold rooms that house the steel container bowls at the top; we find extensive use of wood, in two different varieties for the aesthetic finishes and extra-clear glass, to protect the display area.
Another characterizing element of the WAIKIKI POKE' is the mirrored "sail" with the reproduced logo of the restaurant: its value is not only aesthetic but also functional as it contains part of the lighting and systems. The blue, in the Tiffany shade, was specifically chosen for the walls, as a backdrop for the typical Hawaiian depictions.
