Bottega portici represents a trip on the gastronomic tradition of the territory. Past and future meet together in a new gastronomic project of modern street food, 100% Made in Italy, aiming on the high-quality of products and raw materials.
The homemade pasta, prepared in the open kitchen, the salads, the salumi and cheese platters, the desserts, and a lot more like the traditional pastry savor and the authentic aromas of the Italian cafeteria, are perfect to be eaten inside but also to be taken-away.
Bottega Portici is an open space, a window on the street, a expositive, recreational, and multisensory space, where the simplicity of the lines is perfectly matched with the use of basic materials: there are light woods that contrast with the black matt furnishings and the technical areas in stainless steel.
nother fundamental element in the realisation of Bottega Portici is the use of the white colour, symbol of purity and cleanliness, ideal for the logo but also to cover technical counters and other specific furnishings.
The lighting system has been carefully studied, providing the use of led technology like the binary lighthouse, pending lights, and stripled that highlight the furnishings and create the perfect atmosphere.
