The Chora of Mykonos island hosts an innovative concept: a temporary store, a cocktail bar, but also a refined and elegant restaurant.
AFA Arredamenti, in partnership with TECNAM Progetti studio, has realized a new concept store: BOLLICINE.
The atmosphere has a significant emotional impact: thanks to an accurate lighting project it changes from space to space but also depending on the different parts of the day.
The building locates in the city center and it has been totally rebuilt, following the architectural principles of the place but also adding modern structural features which allowed a functional use of spaces.
MicroCement, natural iron, glass, and lacquered wood are the main used materials, in the colors of black, white, and grey.
The 3 levels are connected thanks to the scenic stair, realized in iron with a natural refinement and protected with a security rail in clear glass.
The store is located on the ground floor: the particularity of the structure allowed to furnish the place with a very simple and functional style, perfect to expose clothes and accessories.
The middle floor was dedicated to all the technical spaces while the cocktail bar and restaurant area were located on the internal part of the third floor, also characterized by a remarkable terrace with a huge visual effect.
