A bistro bakery with a smart windows system that allow service directly to the public passing through the street and take away.
MATILDE is the new exclusive bakery by Savini Group – Granaio restaurants: a Parisian bistro style place in Orefici Street, Milan.
The kitchen island, which includes wood drawers and refined white majolicas, allows every product on sale to have a 360° exposition.
In the external part there is an ingenious system of windows that can be opened in the upper side to provide customers a drive-in service, while in the lower side they allow people to admire the wonderful counter.
In the central part, they have built an old brass structure, where we can find the coffee machine and some of the bottles exposed in the top shelves.
The eating area represents the authentic Parisian atmosphere.
The white walls in boiserie and the big glass chandelier give the place lots of elegance. The latter is supported by wall lights in polished brass, which create a cozy and intimate place.
The small seats, in emerald green velvet, and the black chairs made of wood, embellish the marble tables, while on the long side a white and blue checkered sofa dominates the entire area.
At Matilde, nothing is taken for granted, every detail is studied to create a refined environment, where the client can take a break from the chaotic rhythms of the city.
