A new realization of AFA Arredamenti in the Brera area, in Milan. Industrial environment with open kitchen, perfectly integrated with the historical context.
Bar Cube overlooks the elegant and renowned Via Solferino, in the Brera area, presenting its offer at any time of the day, through 4 large windows that allow the customer to enjoy the industrial style of the place both from the inside and outside.
The long counter welcomes the customer from the main entrance and is the fulcrum of the place, hosting the cafeteria, tobacconist's and cocktail bar services. The front panel in partially oxidized iron sheet is characterized by frames designed with iron studs and the Ferrari red CUBE logo, backlit. The customer service plan is in matt Moresco Marble effect porcelain stoneware.
The walls and the central pillar have undergone a strong cleaning intervention that brought back to view the tuff, the stone and the bricks of the early architecture.
The benches and the armchairs (each one different from the other, but all in baroque style) are covered in hazelnut velvet, a colour perfectly matched to the floor of the place, made with a parquet obtained by cutting reclaimed boards of the Venetian canals.
The outdoor furniture is also very appreciable, exploiting the difference in height between the sidewalk and the threshold, to give the customer unconventional seating.
The chef of Galleria Meravigli, the other restaurant owned by the entrepreneur Paolo Salluzzi, takes care of the food part. He cooks for the customer in an equipped space adjacent to the main counter.
