Fluid is the new proposal relating to the world of specialty coffee, a new world and everything to know for the end customer; this aspect was considered during the design of Marg Studio, obviously under input from the Fluid team (created by Le Piantagioni del Caffè, a renowned Livorno roaster dedicated to specialty and high quality coffees and IDEA Food & Beverage, a strategic consulting and marketing company from Milan). The steps in front of the counter where the customer can sit down to drink a coffee and the possibility of service on the road certainly give a youthful imprint to this new reality.
In FLUID radical and new choices have been made: a sweet and savory menu available all day provides the excuse to attend FLUID at any time also to study and work, and the use of the Modbar coffee machines by La Marzocco (integrated with inside the counter of over 7 meters covered in concrete-effect stoneware that reaches the street, without creating a visual barrier) allows you to experience the counter like that of a pub. The barista can thus educate the customer by telling the characteristics of the different coffees served, the aromas, the production methods and the different extraction methods. All in a very colorful, youthful and "light" aesthetic context. The color tones were all put in harmony between furniture and visual communication.
