Vinitaly 2012: opening days are reduced from 5 to 4
In this edition of Vinitaly 2012 there is one day less, and also a change of the weekly frequency, which goes from the traditional Thursday-Monday to Sunday-Wednesday.
This decision tends to optimize the presence of specialized traders arriving from all over the world and to give more space to the operators of the horeca channel.
Data show the achievement of the result, with over 140 thousand visitors, 35% of whom came from 116 foreign countries, almost 95 thousand square meters of area was occupied, and a better profiling on levels of greater professionalism and internationality of the present operators was made.
