MATILDE is a new Boutique Hotel located in Milan, close to the Duomo cathedral.
The place is very elegant, studied in the smallest details, with custom-made decors to enhance its structure.
The hotel is owned by GRANAIO SAVINI group, a leader in the restaurant business which has created a comfortable and romantic place by using natural materials such as wood, marble, and brass.
The crystal and burnished brass lighting creates a pleasing balance between the pale colors of the walls and the shades of the parquet made of natural wood, which intensifies the classical nature of the velvets used for beds and curtains.
The particular technique named “capitonnée”, which covers the extremities in green cloth, creates a high-class environment.
Couches have been designed specifically for the suites of MATILDE Boutique Hotel, and they can be also used as comfortable beds, allowing to enlarge the space volumes.
Some of the wooden furnitures are decorated with natural or painted refinements, depending on their uses, and are also enriched with Bianco Carrara marble veinings.
