Naëve, the new pastry shop opened in Via della Moscova, 51, 10121 Milan, designed by STUDIOCARTA and created by AFA Arredamenti, revolutionizes the sweet experience with a delicate and fascinating aesthetic proposal, with an international scope and with the introduction of a fascinating narrative chapter that blends art, history and flavors from all over the world. At the center of this culinary and sensorial adventure is Miss Evelyn, an imaginary character, alter ego of the creators of the pastry shop, a couple of pianists who have lived in 3 continents and have traveled and played all over the world. Evelyn, the icon of good taste. Evelyn, born in Abu Dhabi, growing up between the Middle East, Asia and Europe, embodies a unique cultural combination. Writer and adventurer, her elegant and fascinating figure reflects her passion for cooking, art and travel between the painting of the Flemish Renaissance and the rituals of Japanese Kaiseki cuisine. Entirely designed by STUDIOCARTA, the pastry shop tells Evelyn's story through chromatic contrasts and lightness. The first tells of her travels around the world in search of her roots, the second speaks of her and her naive lightheartedness. The shop has a light, minimal and soft design that reflects Evelyn's timeless elegance. The shapes of the front of the counter, the decorated back wall, the soft colors and the brass details create the best background for a recognizable proposal of Haute Pasticceria.
