Cabra Fritta: flavors, aromas and food quality of Emilia Romagna
The owners of Cabra Fritta, define the same as: mortadella Bologna, tagliatelle with meat sauce, Parma ham, squacquerone, salty and sweet gnocchi, stuffed tigella, the best potatoes in the world, fried fish, excellent beer, lambrusco and fantastic salads.
The restaurant is located in Grosseto, integrated into the Aurelia Antica shopping center. It is an open-plan room where the food is fresh and genuine.
